One day I learned that you
could search for images on Google. So of course, I decided to type in
some old girlfriend's names and see if I could find them. Well, I found
one. The big one. The first one . The three year ollege sweetheart. That
was surprising enough as it was. When I read up on what she's been up
to - it was not at all what I could have possibly expected. I couldn't
believe my eyes.

I was seventeen when I met this girl at
the movie theaters where we both worked.
Something about her was out of this world. We were best friends while
she dated this jerk.
Well, he was cool, but I wanted her for me.
We'd always laugh and take our breaks together. She knew my prom date,
thought I could do better.
I loved going to work because she was there. Walking next to her, I was
walking on air

partner, this girl named Mel.
They wrote a book series they could sell to Warner Brothers. It became the

That's a Sci-Fi show. It was on for three
seasons. And if I didn't already have enough reasons
to be pissed at myself for blowing such a good thing, this girl, my first

she'd be in Scarsdale, some lucky guy's wife
with two or three kids I rather never know, but no... She goes and makes
